Direct Bus Barcelona

Paid extra to reserve seat but no one bothers to follow reservation so 🤷🏻‍♀️ Should just do away with it honestly. Bus departed on time, seats spacious. Return journey update: Bus driver reminded me of my seat number and I thought "yes, I'll get my chosen seat!" Got on the bus and there's no such seat number (instead of 1-2-3 etc, it was labelled as 1A-1B-2A-2B). So really, please just do away with the reservation of a specified seat. Adding 1 star back to the review, cause all in all, both drivers were polite. Buses were punctual in both departures and arrivals. Seats were spacious and clean.

Very reliable service to Andorra from Barcelona. I chose direct bus after comparing pricing and reviews with other competitors. Their connection times were perfect for a quick day outing to Andorra from Barcelona. The buses were clean and they had a washroom/bathroom on board as well. We reached onward and back on time as per schedule. Make sure you get your tickets from the counters at respective offices before approaching the bus. No food/drinks on the bus. Safely driven by the drivers even in harsh weather conditions. Ample space for luggage underneath the bus for heavy bags as well as overhead

Barcelona to Andorra. Chaos at the stop, first the driver told people to check-in in the bus station, then he started checking in people himself. Two people who had bought tickets were left in Barcelona because the bus was overbooked. Unfriendly, not allowed to have any food on board. The bus itself was fine.

Buy tickets upon arrival as the address on my ticket took me to the wrong place. I booked through flix bus and it was 10 euros more expensive. The construction is terribly confusing as well, and the lady who helped was extremely rude, maybe we were both on off days, but she seemed rude to everyone.
