I had an awful experience with this company and would not recommend them. Our airport shuttle was scheduled to pick us up at 8:10 AM in front of our hotel for transportation to Barcelona Airport. No one showed up. At 8:40 AM, I called the company and was told they had simply forgotten to pick us up. Their initial response was to tell us to take a taxi and seek a refund through our travel agent. After some back and forth, they agreed to send a driver within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, no one ever arrived. After waiting a total of 90 minutes past our scheduled pickup time, we finally gave up and booked an Uber at 9:40 AM to make it to the airport ourselves. I would give no stars if able. Dreadful transfer. Not only did we, as 60+ year olds , have a long distance to walk with our cases to a different terminal building to the one the plane landed, we then were directed to double back on ourselves to wait at stand 23 for bus 230. The bus actually was at stand 26. When we boarded the minibus we expected a transfer of one hour not over 3 hours. The transfer was longer than our flight. My husband is diabetic and was desperate for the toilet and food and drink. The driver was reluctant to drop other passengers anywhere near their accommodation. Similar problems to everyone else, coach for some reason goes the long way instead of dropping people off at lloret de mar first he names us all go down the motor way with him instead of dropping everyone off and returning on the motorway. Doesn't properly announce stops, what should have been a 20 minute drive turned into 2 hours don't use them again it's worth paying for the private transfer, we opted to skip our return coach and get a private transfer glad we did because the pick up time from our hotel for a 1000 flight was midnight. Reply:same reply you give every time and you don't seem to improve and I doubt you will because you're not incentivsed to.

Fantastic service by ‘From 2’ transfer company. We were met by a friendly representative who quickly guided us to our driver, who was as equally friendly. Our flight was delayed and some other passengers waited an extra hour for us to arrive. Quick and comfortable transfer to our hotel. Thank you!

A very frustrating experience. I was in interaction with 3 of their workers, two of whom were rude and had a very poor English. They give confusing instructions and then get frustrated when they don’t work. The two rude people were a guy at the desk who had glasses and piercing in his lip, and a short girl, probably red haired who was taking the people to the bus in a pink cap. They slurred words and gave very poor instructions. I worked at the hospitality industry for over 10 years with above and beyond feedback knowing first hand how to deal with tourists and what can be done to be understood correctly.
