Waited 30 minutes for bus 92. According to the schedule 3 busses should have passed by then. No busses had passed. Returned home and took a bike in 33 degree heat. This is ridiculous. If you have a pair of functioning legs, use those instead, wherever you are going, you’ll arrive sooner walking than taking BusPlana.

Not blaming the company as such but friday we came back from Barcelona to vilanova on the 19.30 bus, i have to say I was distracted by 2 people talking to me as I got off bus an left my bag on the seat next to me, it had 4 mugs from barca fc a leaflet 2 tickets to maritime museum an a new packet of paracetamol, I went to depot next day, looked in bus ,nothing, waited till monday, cannot find it, sorry but I find ut had to believe the bag just disappeared, all I can say is make sure you retrieve your belongings from the bus . Not Happy

This just has to be the worst bus service in the area. Been using it quite regularly between Sitges and the airport for a couple of years and I find it incredible that: - Buses ALWAYS arrive late. Why don't you just adjust the timetable instead of making people wait every single time? - they have scrapped the bus going originally from St Pere to Bcn so now over the weekends the same bus goes through Sitges AND St Pere. It confuses everybody, doubles the number of passengers and extends the travel time by another 20min. I can't imagine how someone thought this could work without increasing number of buses first. It happens so frequently that people are left stranded at the bus stop because…

What is published online regarding timetables is not true. Also, one driver told us that the next bus would come in 30 minutes and it took 1 hour. Furthermore, you can not pay via card on the bus, only by cash and only by small denominations... Use a taxi or get a friend to drive you...

New buses equipped with payment terminals BUT you can’t use them and the drivers don’t have change at the start of the day as if they couldn’t get some from the office first thing in the morning 🙄 Bus was scheduled at 7 am from Sitges. Arrived 15 mns late... sucks !
